Retailer Purchases

Products purchased from an independent retailer or distributor are subject to that seller's return and refund policy. Please contact the place of purchase directly and keep your receipt or other proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you have a product quality concern or received an incorrect item from a retailer, contact the retailer first. You may also email support@tbubo.us with your name, purchase location, purchase date, product name, and photos if applicable.
